Abstract

         The purpose of this article is to discuss personnel management in Phrapariyatthamma school, with a focus on the principles of personnel management and their importance in these institutions. The educational scholars' personnel management method can be utilized to establish the scope of personnel management tasks for the Phrapariyatthamma School, General Education Department, in four ways: recruiting, retention, development, and pay of workers. These schools must grow their staff by improving and altering them in areas such as information, talents, skills, habits, attitudes, and working techniques. This will result in increased readiness and benefits for monastic community education and education management for monks and novices, allowing for the highest efficiency.
