THE DEVELOPMENT A MODEL GUIDED INTERNAL SUPERVISION TO DEVELOP THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AT MAHACHAIPITTAYAKHOM SCHOOL, SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE KALASIN

This research aimed to study 1) the current conditions, desired conditions and needs of guided internal supervision. There were 25 teachers chosen, by stratified random sampling. And 3 experts chosen, by purposive sampling for interview. 2) set and check suitability a model, the informant group in focus group discussion of 9 experts, and the group of informants in the suitability assessment of 30 school administrators, by purposive sampling. Tools used in data collection were, the current condition questionnaire had a reliability value of 0.91, the desired condition questionnaire had a reliability value of 0.92., interview form for focus group discussion, and suitability questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation and priority needs index.
The research results were found as follows;
1) Current condition was at medium level, desirable condition was at the highest level, and the number one need was guiding action.
2) A model guidelines, consists of 5 parts: part 1 principles and objectives, part 2 procedure, part 3 mechanism, part 4 assessment guidelines, and part 5 success conditions. assessment results on appropriate were at the highest level.
