Abstract

This article aims to explore and analyze strategies for developing teachers’ competencies in digital media and educational information technology in the 21st century, focusing on enabling teachers to adapt and integrate technology effectively in their teaching. This approach creates a modern learning environment that responds to the evolving needs of students in the digital age. The TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) framework serves as a core structure, guiding teachers in integrating content knowledge, pedagogical skills, and technological expertise. This study emphasizes the importance of 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and efficient use of digital technology. Additionally, support from school administrators—such as providing technological resources, conducting hands-on training, and fostering professional learning communities (PLCs)—further strengthens teachers' confidence and readiness to incorporate technology in their teaching. The findings highlight that developing teachers' digital competencies not only enhances teaching efficiency but also improves the quality of student learning, preparing them to face the challenges of a rapidly changing digital world.
