Abstract

The article highlights the importance of Human Resources (HR) in promoting employee well-being and its impact on organizational success. HR has evolved from an administrative function to a strategic partner, creating supportive work environments prioritizing employee health and happiness. This leads to increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, and improved talent retention. HR can promote well-being through wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, and a positive workplace culture. A strong partnership between HR and leadership is crucial for aligning well-being initiatives with organizational goals. Finally, HR departments significantly drive organizational success by promoting employee well-being.
