Motivation of Teachers in the Bo Kru Inter-school District, under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area office 3

Abstract
This research article aims to Study 1) the level of Motivation of work motivation; and 2) the guidelines for developing work motivation of teachers in the Bo Kru inter-school district, under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research sample consisted of 86 teachers in the Bo Kru inter-school district, determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table (1970: 608). The subjects were selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments were an opinion questionnaire and a structured interview, with a reliability coefficient of 0.970. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results revealed that: 1) the level of work motivation of teachers in the Bo Kru inter-school district, under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, both overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. Considering each aspect, the highest averagescore was found in the opportunity for future advancement, followed by career advancement, while the lowest average score was the nature of the work. 2) Guidelines for enhancing the work motivation of teachers in the Bo Kru inter-school district, under the Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, were as follows: (1) school administrators should supervise, monitor, and assist teachers in their work; (2) school administrators should support the application of knowledge, skills, and experience in the work; (3) school administrators should provide encouragement and congratulations upon successful performance; (4) task assignments should have clear processes and formats; (5) school administrators should clearly define the responsibilities of teachers; (6) provide opportunities for career promotion based on performance; (7) support from school administrators for attending training and seminars to increase knowledge; and (8) school administrators should support further education to enhance knowledge.
