Digital Leadership of Administrators in Private Primary Schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Khlong Sam Wa District Bangkok

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) study the digital leadership of administrators in private primary schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Khlong Sam Wa District, Bangkok; and (2) compare the digital leadership of administrators in private primary schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Khlong Sam Wa District, Bangkok, classified by gender, educational level, and work experience. The sample consisted of 118 teachers and department heads from private primary schools, and 5 experts. The research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview form. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, t-test, F-test, and content analysis.
The findings of this study revealed that (1) The digital leadership of school administrators, both overall and across all six components namely digital vision, digital communication, digital culture building, digital professionalism, personnel development and collaboration, and digital knowledge and understanding was at the highest level. (2) The comparison of administrators’ digital leadership indicated that teachers and department heads with different genders, educational levels, and work experiences did not differ significantly in their perceptions of administrators’ digital leadership at the statistical level.
