The Academic Administration of School Administrators under Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the state of academic administration of school administrators and to compare the academic administration of school administrators under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by education levels, positions, and work experiences. The sample consisted of 285 school administrators and teachers. The sample size was determined based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, and participants were selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of a checklist and a 5-point Likert scale. The questionnaire yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.720. The collected data were processed using a computer program to calculate fundamental statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics used were independent t-test and One-way ANOVA. In cases where significant differences were found, Scheffé’s post-hoc comparison was applied.
The research findings revealed that: The overall academic administration of school administrators under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. When considering each aspect, school curriculum development and the internal quality assurance system and educational standards shared the highest means, followed by measurement and evaluation, and instructional management, respectively. Meanwhile, the development and use of educational technology and media had the lowest mean. Furthermore, the comparison of academic administration of school administrators, classified by education levels, positions, and work experiences, revealed no significant differences in the overall view.
