Buddhist based Organizational Management to Promote Wisdom and Morality in Thai Society

Abstract

            This academic article aims to examine Buddhist based organizational management as a means of promoting wisdom and morality in Within Thai society Contemporary Thai society is facing challenges in economic, social, and cultural dimensions arising from globalization, technological change, and increasing competition. These factors have contributed to problems of moral and ethical decline, as well as an imbalance in the application of wisdom. The article presents principles of Buddhist-based management and approaches for applying Buddhist teachings to the development of wisdom and morality in Thai society. It adopts the Four Brahmaviharas a conceptual framework for organizational management and demonstrates that Buddhist management is a process focused on the holistic development of human beings in terms of knowledge, cognition, mind, and behavior. Such an approach can ultimately lead to the creation of a Thai society characterized by wisdom and moral integrity.
