An application of the four paths of accomplishment in the learning and teaching management of the students in the primary school in the 5th grade of Bantoom School, Banchan Sub-district, Bandung District, Udonthani Province

Abstract

         This research article has objective is to analyze the application of the Four Paths of Accomplishment in the learning and teaching management of the students in the primary school in the 5^th grade of Ban Toom school, Ban Chan sub-district, Ban Dung district, Udon Thani province with its objective to analyze the applicative approach of the Four Paths of Accomplishment in the learning and teaching management of the students in the mentioned school. This research was conducted through the study of the documents and related literatures: Tipiṭaka, Buddhist academic documents and the in-depth interview of 25 key informants and the results of research is reported by the descriptive analysis. The result of research are found that the application of the Four Paths of Accomplishment in the learning and teaching management of the students in the school is to apply the aspiration (Chanda) and effort (Viriya) for practices in order to encourage people to be able to cope with the problems and obstacles with the people participation in providing both visions and works in the determined situations  and the members in a group joined one another to make the plan, experience exchange, co-learning and applying in learning effectively.
