People Participation in Management of Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Ban du provincial, Atsamat District, Roi-Et Province

Abstract
The propose of this research; 1) to study about of people participation in management of subdistrict administration organization in Roi - Et Province. 2) to compare of people participation in management of a subdistrict administration organization in Roi - Et Province by personal factor. The representation sample is people who live in subdistrict administration organization of Roi-Et Province who higher than18 years old 368 persons. The instrument is questionnaire, statistics in research, frequency, percentage, analysis of variance (ANOVA).
1.The people participation in a subdistrict administration organization was moderate. To consider in each part, the part that snowed high percentage was the participation for decision making, followed by the participation of beneficiaries, the participation in the operation, and the participation in the evaluation respectively.
2.The people participation in management of a subdistrict administration organization in Roi-Et were not different in the Participation in management is no different. However, difference age and income led to different late of the participation as statistical significancy in level 0.01
