Because people have equal rights to receive standard public health services and the poor have rights. receive free medical treatment from a public health facility. as provided by law Public health services must be comprehensive. and efficient in which local government organizations must be encouraged and the private sector to participate as much as possible. This project is one of the major expenditures. and a high percentage of the annual budget. This project aims to study the efficiency of project spending. By comparing the value of the welfare effect that the eligible people in the program receive and the per capita cost expended by the government. and analyzing which channel those eligible for the project receive welfare benefits.
