( 2)Compare the learning outcomes of students before and after using the blended learning instructional set in the course " Science for Industrial Technician Development" for students in the Vocational<br />Certificate Program in Electrical Power Engineering at Lopburi Technical College. ( 3) Study the satisfaction of students with the blended learning instructional set in the course "Science for Industrial Technician Development" for students in the Vocational Certificate Program in Electrical Power Engineering at Lopburi Technical College. The tools used for data collection included learning activities, achievement tests, students' pre/post-tests, and student satisfaction assessment forms. From the research findings, it was found that they developed a blended learning instructional package in the course of science for the vocational career development of industrial electrician students at Lop Buri Technical College. The selected targeted sample group of 36 individuals had an average efficiency of 83. 65/80. 60, which was higher than the set criterion of 80/80. The results from the analysis of the effectiveness index of an instructional package found that the effectiveness index of the teaching set was equal to 0. 7042, indicating a 70. 42% increase in students' knowledge when comparing pre-test and post-test scores using the t-test.
