This study aims to: (1) examine the local identity and cultural capital of Khao Pun Nam Nua Renu Nakhon; (2) analyze the influence of the GDSP framework (Green, Digital, Soft Power, Procurement) on creative tourism experience, satisfaction, and revisit intention; and (3) propose guidelines for a GDSP-based creative tourism route. A sequential exploratory mixed-methods design was employed. In Phase 1, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions were conducted with 25 key informants to develop the research questionnaire. In Phase 2, data were collected from 400 tourists and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that: (1) Khao Pun Nam Nua Renu Nakhon reflects the identity of the Phu Thai community through three core dimensions of meaning—authenticity, social relationships, and the continuity of local wisdom—which together constitute cultural capital with strong potential for gastronomy tourism; (2) all four GDSP dimensions had significant positive effects on tourism experience (R² = 0.507), with Soft Power exerting the strongest effect (β = 0.341), followed by Digital, Green, and Procurement. Tourism experience was positively correlated with satisfaction (r = 0.65), while satisfaction showed the strongest positive correlation with revisit intention (r = 0.72); and (3) the study proposes a creative tourism route that prioritizes the Soft Power and Digital dimensions while integrating Green and Procurement to promote local gastronomy through the systematic integration of cultural capital and experiential design, thereby strengthening destination differentiation and fostering sustainable community-based tourism.
