Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Main Requirements
          1. Articles submitted for publication in the Journal of Liberal Arts and Management Science Kasetsart University must contribute directly to academic advancement. Submissions should demonstrate the development or extension of knowledge in fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Public Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Foreign Languages, Physical Education and Sports Science, as well as other relevant interdisciplinary areas.
          2. Submitted articles must not contain content that is defamatory, derogatory, misleading, or incites hatred against any individual or organization. Submissions must also refrain from violating public order or morality. The views and opinions expressed in the Journal of Liberal Arts and Management Science Kasetsart University are solely those of the authors. The Editorial Board and the journal’s Editorial team bear no responsibility for the content and disclaim any liability arising from it.
          3. Articles submitted for publication in the Journal of Liberal Arts and Management Science Kasetsart University must be original. They must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication in any other journal, whether in whole or in part, in print or any other form.
          4. All content published in the Journal of Liberal Arts and Management Science, including data, tables, figures, diagrams, or any part of the article, is jointly copyrighted by the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Management Science, Kasetsart University, and the respective authors. Any reproduction or distribution of such content requires prior written permission from the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Management Science, Kasetsart University.

Manuscript Review Process
          All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial review by the journal’s Editorial Board. The Board evaluates the suitability of the article’s topic and content, its alignment with the journal’s aims and scope, its theoretical and practical contributions, the accuracy of formatting according to submission guidelines, as well as checks for duplication and plagiarism. The Editorial Board reserves the right to decline consideration of any manuscript that does not comply with the journal’s formatting requirements.
          If a manuscript passes the initial review, the Editorial Board will forward it to at least three qualified peer reviewers with expertise in the relevant field to assess its quality and determine its suitability for publication. The review process is conducted under a double-blind peer review system, whereby neither the reviewers nor the authors are aware of each other’s identities. The timeline for the peer review follows the journal’s standard operating procedures.
          Following the completion of the peer review, the Editorial Board will make decisions based on its recommendations. The manuscript may be accepted for publication, returned to the author(s) for revision, or rejected. Only manuscripts that have been revised in accordance with both the reviewers’ and the Editorial Board’s comments will be reconsidered for publication. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject any manuscript that does not adequately address the suggested revisions. The Editorial Board’s decision is final and binding.
          At the final stage, the Editorial Board will verify the accuracy of references and thoroughly proofread them. Authors may be asked to make final adjustments before the article is published online on the journal’s website.

Research Article Structure
Authors should organize their manuscripts in the following order:
          1. Abstract

          7. Conclusion and Discussion
          8. Research limitations
          9. References

Academic Article Structure
Authors should organize their manuscripts in the following order:
          1. Abstract
          2. Introduction
          3. Content
          4. Conclusion
          5. Suggestions
          6. References

Manuscript Preparation Details
          1. The first page of the manuscript must include the full name(s) of the author(s), academic title(s), administrative position(s) (if applicable), institutional affiliation(s), and email address.
          2. The manuscript must be typed on one side of A4 paper and should not exceed 20 pages in total. Page margins must be set as follows: Top – 3.81 cm, Bottom – 3.00 cm, Left – 3.00 cm, and Right – 2.54 cm.
          3. The Thai title must be written using TH SarabunPSK, 18 point, bold. The English title must also be written using TH SarabunPSK, 18 point, bold.
          4. The manuscript must include both a Thai and an English abstract, in which each abstract should not exceed 270 words.
          5. Main section headings such as Abstract, Introduction, Objectives, Literature Review, Research Methodology, Results, Conclusion and Discussion, Recommendations, and References should be formatted as follows:
               In Thai: TH SarabunPSK, 16-point, bold
               In English: TH SarabunPSK, 16-point font
          6. The body text should be written using TH SarabunPSK font, 14 point, for both Thai and English.
          7. All references in the manuscript must be formatted following the styles indicated by the journal. Please ensure to check all citations for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Note:
Authors submitting manuscripts must strictly adhere to the manuscript preparation guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the journal reserving the right to reject the manuscript without further consideration.
