THE Political participation of People in Lamsamkaeo Town Municipality Lam Luk Ka District Pathum Thani Province

Abstract
This study is quantitative research. The objectives were: 1) to investigate the level of political participation among citizens in Lam Sam Kaeo Municipality, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province; and 2) to compare these participation levels based on individual personal factors.
The research sample consisted of 400 eligible voters aged 18 and above residing in Lam Sam Kaeo Municipality, determined using Yamane’s formula. Data were collected via questionnaires with a total reliability coefficient of 0.800. Statistical analysis was performed using a statistical software package. The statistics employed included frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) for variables with more than two groups. In instances where statistically significant differences were found at the .05 level, post-hoc comparisons were conducted using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method.
