Abstract

This study aimed to examine (1) the level of working environment among personnel in early childhood education institutions under Chonburi Municipality, Chonburi Province; (2) the level of management efficiency in these institutions; and (3) the relationship between the working environment and management efficiency. The research employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 147 personnel working in early childhood education institutions under Chonburi Municipality. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The findings revealed that both the overall working environment and management efficiency were rated at the highest level. Moreover, the working environment was found to have a highly positive correlation with management efficiency. The results suggest that early childhood education institutions can utilize these findings to enhance their working environments and develop more effective management strategies, thereby improving institutional efficiency and effectiveness in the future.
