Abstract
Modern management requires contemporaneousness and up-to-date approaches. Additionally, the most important elements of all are agility and integrations as well as adaptability depending on situations. Management, according to Public
Administration realm of definition, is a combination of disciplines or what is referred to an interdisciplinary. However, another form of administration which can be integrated into modern administration perfectly is a Bhuddha dhamma administration approach called Sappurisa dhamma 7. The following philosophy enables people to endure great morality, intellectual, and actual truth. They area to be constantly reminded of awareness of cause and result, of time, of communities, and of individuals. These 2500 years old dhamma can be applied to modern administration efficiently.
