The effectiveness of the development of the investment budget planning of the Surin provincial public health office

Abstract

           This research is a research and development, aimed to study the development issues in each process of formulating the investment budget plan in the Sulin Provincial Public Health Office From May 2023 to October 2022, the research team under the Sulin Provincial Public Health Office was as follows: Sulin Central Hospital, Sulin Provincial Hospital, Community Hospital, and 34 regional public health offices. Analyze the performance data of the fiscal year 2022 and fiscal year 2023 budgeting through allocation frequency, percentage, and average. Standard deviation and statistical data are used to test the difference between the average value and the overall performance score, by using dependent t-test (paired t-test). The study found that the investment statement format of the Sulin Provincial Public Health Office was used for recording in the fiscal year. In 2022, the records of 21 units were complete and accurate, accounting for 61.8%. In the fiscal year 2023, the records were complete and accurate, and the tables were increased to 34 institutions, accounting for 100% of the errors recorded in the investment statements of the institution, found in the 2022 fiscal year In the fiscal year 2023, 24 units or 70.6% of records showed that: Errors in recording investment statements reduce all problems. All units improve performance. By comparing the average of the overall performance score in FY2022 (x ̅ = 3.6 ±SD 1.9) and fiscal year 2023 (x ̅ = 6.4 ±SD 1.0)found a statistically significant increase in P-value <0.001 The result of the group discussion. It is recommended to manage the knowledge for operators, administrators, and to make an agreement together to prepare an overall request plan that meets the needs of the area. It also responds to policies at the provincial, regional and national levels.
