AI Clinic: Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools Service to Support Efficient Research

Abstract
Library to focus on the comprehensive development of their personnel, especially in digital and generative artificial intelligence (AI). This integration has transformed the library's operations, resulting in an innovative service called the "AI Clinic," the first of its kind in Thailand. The KKU AI clinic aims to promote knowledge on using generative AI tools for research appropriately and to support self-directed learning for students, faculty, and staff. Khon Kaen University’s AI Clinic is staffed by "Prompt Librarians," experts in crafting effective commands for generative AI tools. During the initial service phase from July to September 2023, 29 individuals used the service. Overall, users expressed high satisfaction, with the highest rating (100%) for the service provided by the staff, followed by satisfaction with information accuracy (95.71%) and service accessibility (94.29%).
