Digital Leadership of Basic Education School Administrators

Abstract
This article aims to examine the components of digital leadership among basic education school administrators and to propose guidelines for developing digital leadership among school administrators. The study was conducted through the analysis and synthesis of relevant documents, theories, and research studies from both Thailand and other countries in order to develop a conceptual framework and academic recommendations. The findings indicate that the key components of digital leadership for basic education school administrators include several important dimensions: These components include modern, systematic management supported by information and data systems, the continuous enhancement of digital competencies among teachers and educational personnel, and serving as a positive role model for digital citizenship and the ethical use of technology. The researchers propose several key mechanisms, including Mindset Transformation to embrace technological change, practical competency development programs, the establishment of academic collaboration networks among schools to facilitate knowledge sharing and Professional Learning Communities (PLC), and the provision of adequate digital resources and infrastructure. The conclusions of this article can serve as guidelines for relevant organizations in formulating policies and personnel development plans to prepare school administrators to effectively lead their organizations in overcoming the challenges of the digital era.
