Peer Review Process

The process for selecting and publishing articles involves the following steps:

  1. The editorial board will conduct an initial review of the articles, considering the relevance of the content to the scope of the journal, the level of interest, the presentation of new knowledge, and adherence to academic standards. The board will also check for redundancy by using a plagiarism detection program, Copycatch.

  2. Articles that pass the initial review will be sent to at least three qualified reviewers in the relevant field, as per the criteria outlined by the Office of the Higher Education Commission regarding the appointment of individuals to the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor (Fourth Edition) in 2021, using a Double-blind peer review system (reviewers do not know the authors’ identities, and authors do not know the reviewers’ identities).

  3. The review process as outlined in points 1 and 2 will take no longer than three months. The editorial board will inform the authors of the review results, and if there are delays beyond the set timeframe, the board will notify the authors of the delay.

  4. In cases where revisions or improvements to the article are required, authors must make the necessary changes and resubmit the article to the editorial board within 15 days from the date of receiving the review results.

  5. The responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the English abstract and the content of the article, in the case of English articles, lies with the authors. They must ensure grammatical correctness and proper use of English throughout the submission process. The journal reserves the right to reject publication if the authors do not address the English language corrections as suggested by the editorial board.
