Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of administration of the student care and support system 2) to compare the administration of the student care and support system of school administrators under the Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2, classified by teachers opinion with educational level, position, work experience, and school size. The sample consisted of 92 teachers by Krejcie& Morgan’table and Simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a validity coefficient between 0.67–1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.841 The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, oneway ANOVA and LSD

The study found that: 1) both overall and individual aspect of administration on the student care and support system was at the high level. when classified by educational level and work experience, there were no significant differences in both overall and individual aspects. When classified by school size, no significant difference was found overall; however, at the aspect level, significant differences were observed at the .05 level. Furthermore, when classified by position, significant differences were found in both overall and individual aspects.
