การสร้างความเป็นปกติในการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของเด็กไทย : กรณีศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มเด็กเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่เพิ่มขึ้นทั่วโลกรวมทั้งประเทศไทย
ประเทศไทยมีกฎหมาย ห้ามจําหน่ายบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า แต่บุหรี่ไฟฟ้ายังคงพบเห็นได้ง่ายและเข้าถึงได้สะดวกในกรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษานี้มี
วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทําความเข้าใจประสบการณ์ของเด็กต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า โดยพิจารณาปัจจัยแวดล้อมทางสังคมที่ทําให้ การใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเป็นเรื่องปกติ ดําเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพกับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาอายุ 10-12 ปี จํานวน 12 คน ของ โรงเรียนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์แก่น สาระตามกรอบการสร้างความเป็นปกติ (normalization) ของ Parker และคณะ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า เป็นเรื่องปกติของเด็กประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) เด็กพบเห็นบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าที่เป็นตัวการ์ตูนหรือแท่งคล้ายลิปสติก จากที่บ้านของตนเอง บ้านเพื่อนรุ่นพี่ และการขายบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าจากร้านค้าในชุมชน ร้านค้าใกล้โรงเรียน และอินเทอร์เน็ต เช่น Facebook, LINE และ Shopee (2) เด็กพบเห็นคนในครอบครัว รุ่นพี่ เพื่อน และคนในชุมชนใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (3) เด็กเกิดความขัดแย้งในจิตใจระหว่างการยอมรับว่าบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าสูบแล้วแสดงความเป็นผู้ใหญ่และเท่ และไม่ยอมรับ การใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเพราะครอบครัวห้าม (4) เด็กพบเห็นบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าผ่าน TikTok, Instagram และ Facebook ด้วยการ นําเสนอการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในเชิงดีต่อสุขภาพและทุกคนสูบ และ (5) เด็กรับรู้ทั้งอันตราย (เช่น มีผลเสียต่อปอด ผิดกฎหมาย) และไม่อันตรายของบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (เช่น มีกลิ่นหอม ใช้เลิกบุหรี่มวน) ทั้ง 5 องค์ประกอบนี้ทําให้เด็กมองว่าการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า เป็นเรื่องปกติ ดังนั้น การออกแบบมาตรการลดความเป็นปกติควรคํานึงถึงปัจจัยแวดล้อมทางสังคมเหล่านี้ของเด็ก
เพื่อทําให้การใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้ากลายเป็นเรื่องผิดปกติของเด็กไทย
