การออกแบบโรงพยาบาลสร้างสุข(ภาวะ) ผ่านกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มวิจัยสิ่งแวดล้อมสรรค์สร้างเพื่อสุขภาวะ คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ร่วมกับสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) และภาคีเครือข่ายสถาปนิกในการออกแบบปรับปรุงพื้นที่ภายในโรงพยาบาลภาครัฐขนาดต่างๆ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2559 ถึงปัจจุบัน ด้วยวิธีการศึกษาผ่านกระบวนการออกแบบอย่างมีส่วนร่วม เปิดพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ระหว่างบุคลากร ผู้ป่วย และญาติ หน่วยงานท้องถิ่น และชุมชนโดยรอบ ผ่านการทำกิจกรรมการออกแบบหลายรูปแบบ จากการสอบถามความต้องการ จัดลำดับความสำคัญของปัญหา การระดมสมอง และเปิดโอกาสให้เสนอแนะทางเลือกและแนวทางในการพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม สร้างการเรียนรู้สองทาง และร่วมกันตัดสินใจเพื่อนำไปสู่การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์การพัฒนาโรงพยาบาลแต่ละแห่งในอนาคต ผลลัพธ์จากการดำเนินงานข้างต้น ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยสนับสนุนระบบการให้บริการสุขภาพให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น แต่ยังช่วยสร้างทางเลือกในการพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมโรงพยาบาลให้ตอบรับกับพฤติกรรมการทำงานของบุคลากร และเอื้อต่อการใช้ชีวิตของผู้ป่วยและญาติที่มารับบริการ ทำให้โรงพยาบาลโดยเฉพาะโรงพยาบาลในระดับชุมชน มีบทบาทมากกว่าเป็นสถานที่รักษาโรคภัยไข้เจ็บ แต่สามารถเป็นสถานที่ส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมที่เข้มแข็ง ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต และเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นในการสร้างความร่วมมือร่วมใจกันเพื่อพัฒนาทั้งพื้นที่ภายในโรงพยาบาล และการให้บริการสุขภาพของชุมชนท้องถิ่นในระยะยาวต่อไป
