The correlation between family bond and mental health of university in Phitsanulok Province

The purpose this study were to 1) study Family bond of university students 2) study Mental Health of university students 3) study the relationship between family bond and mental health of university students in Phitsanulok Province This research is a quantitative research. The samples were 375 people age 20 and over. The instruments were questionnaires. Data analyzed by using statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, and the Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient used to analyze in related. The results found that family bond had a high level (=4.02) such as, family is what first to mind when a problem occurs, to feel important and a part of your family, family is talking to the always even when far away together (
=4.32 4.27 and 4.19 respectively). The mental health level in normal (80.3%) . Besides, family bond was positively correlated to mental health significance (r=.267 P<.01)
