The influence of factors effecting the use of Royal Police Cadet Academy Library services of police cadet

The purposes of this research were to study 1) generality of personal characteristic, modernization, convenience, service of staff and use services library royal police cadet academy and 2) The influence of personal characteristic, modernization, convenience, services of staff involvement to use service library royal police cadet academy. This study was conducted by applying 2 research methodologies. Quantitative approach, questionnaire was used to collect data from 120 of police cadet. The data was analyzed, using descriptive statistics, path analysis. Qualitative approach, in-depth interview, focus group, observation, field notes was conducted with 8 police cadet were used. The results indicated to answer research objective 1 that almost police cadet were men, had GPA between 3.00–3.49, used library services occasionally and satisfied with the services of library staff. The library was up to date, moderately and a good readiness to convenience the service of staff had the most direct influence to the use of service library of the Royal Police Cadet Academy. In another hand personal characteristic had the most detour and total influence to use service library royal police cadet academy
