Application of learning management innovations appropriate to the learner's context
Keywords:
Innovation in Learning Management, Application of Innovation, Educational InnovationAbstract
Learning management innovation plays an important role in developing the quality of education by applying new technologies, teaching methods, and modern learning media to increase the efficiency of student learning. These types of innovations can be divided into several forms, such as the use of educational technology, project-based learning, or learning through activities (Active Learning). The use of learning innovations is very important because it helps teaching respond to differences among students, stimulates learning, and develops skills that are necessary in the present era. However, the lack of learning management innovations may result in students’ learning being behind, not responding to the needs of students and society, and reducing the opportunity to develop important skills, such as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. The application of innovations appropriate to the context of students is essential, taking into account the differences in abilities, interests, and cultures of students in order for learning to be meaningful and relevant to real life. Although learning innovations have many benefits, obstacles to their implementation, such as lack of resources, teachers’ knowledge and understanding, and inequality in access to technology, are still important problems that must be addressed in order for learning management innovations to be as effective as possible.
