A Confirmation Factor Analysis to evaluate the Project of computer skills among the students in Thaksin University

The purpose of this research to analyze the confirmation factor of computer skills examinations among the students in Thaksin University. The population were 11,551 students who study in Thaksin University. The samples were 711 students who study in Thaksin University, sampling by simple random. The research instrument was 6 componence and 18 items of computer skills examinations with Index of item objective congruence: IOC = 1.0 and 0.979 reliability coefficient (alpha). Statistics method with Confirmation Factor Analysis (CFA). The result to student ware as follows: 1. The Model of computer skills examinations was found to accord with empirical data. Chi-square goodness of fit test value was (2/df) = 1.425, Goodness of Fit Index: GFI = 0.97 Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index: AGFI = 0.96 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation: RMSEA = 0.027. 2. Computer skills examinations were found Coefficient of Determination (R2) and reliability.
