Office of justice province roles for driven policies to deliver justice in society

The Justice Department has a mission continue to increase access justice to the public, with the establishment the Office of Justice Province to be the main role of regional importance for management to assist people who not treated fairly in social and then development concept "Community justice". The main purpose is to assist people in the legal and judicial mediation and conciliation of disputes in the community, including capacity building and the strengthening of law and justice to the people and creation the community justice network and established the community Justice center to place concrete to local, nationwide. The Networking Community Justice from the public is essential to achieve as a "partnership" between the people and the Office of Justice Province and departments concerned. However, encounter obstacles in the implementation of the Office of Justice Province to development the community justice because of the changing dynamics of the environment. The issues include Man problem, Money problem, Material problem, Management problem and other problem. This article aims to explain the role of the Office of Justice Province in the justice community and to drive public policy to deliver justice in society. The issues and problems that arise in practice and propose guidelines for future community-driven justice system.
