Conflict and Conflict Management Concepts : Contexts in Thai Society

Abstract

This article has the purpose for survey the concepts in conflict and conflict management and integrating into the analysis of the conflict in the case of Thai society. This article presents in three parts; the first part is about conflict concepts, the second part is conflict management and the lastly past is analysis of conflict in Thai society. It found that conflict is unavoidable for the nature of humankind in social system and developing the social driving. There are two sides of conflict in better and worst outcomes for society. In the case of Thai society, conflict was occurring continuously especially in politics conflict and elite’s administration by the main structure of the country including to the ideology difference of Thai citizen. The method for conflict management is depending on the interest consensus and the difference management by peaceful ways.
