The Development of a Web-Based System for Donating and Disseminating Information Resources at the Office of Academic Resources, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus

Abstract

This research aimed to develop an information donation and dissemination system to enhance systematic data management and reduce delays, redundancies, and limitations inherent in paper-based processes. The methodology involved studying and analyzing existing workflows of the Office of Academic Resources, surveying user requirements, designing a database and user interface, and developing a web-based application. The system was then tested collaboratively with operational staff to evaluate its performance and usability. The results indicated that the developed system accurately and efficiently records, verifies, filters, and disseminates information resources while significantly reducing staff workload. Users expressed highest satisfaction regarding convenience, data accuracy, and operational transparency. Overall, the system effectively meets the needs of the organization and demonstrates potential for further enhancement to support future services.
