Abstract

The development of an official travel information management system for digital transformation aimed to develop a Low-Code–based system to support digital workflows and enhance the efficiency of human resource information management. The system focused on reducing processing time in data entry, information retrieval, and report generation while improving operational speed and systematic management. The system was designed based on the People–Process–Technology (PPT Framework) framework and developed as a Web Application using the Agile approach. The results indicated that the system reduced data entry time from 20 minutes to 10 minutes, information retrieval time from 30 minutes to 2 minutes, and report preparation time from 48 hours to 1 hour. These findings demonstrate that the developed system significantly improved information management efficiency and effectively supported organizational digital operations.
