Abstract
An analytical study was conducted to study the service of the Khon Kaen University Archives in the fiscal year 2024 to Research of the Khon Kaen University Archives service in the fiscal year 2024, to improve and develop the Khon Kaen University Archives, and to present the analytical results to the library management to make decisions on the development of the Khon Kaen University Archives.
The results of the analysis users wanted to (1) Develop the procurement and service of archival resources to cover the content related to the history of Khon Kaen University, (2) Develop the conversion of archival resource to digital preservation into digital format for all types, (3) Exhibitions according to the academic calendar year of Khon Kaen University, (4) Librarians develop knowledge and abilities in archive management to be used for operational purposes and develop work to be efficient and quality, (5) KKU Library support activities to collect history from oral history in collaboration with the Khon Kaen University Senior Club, (6) Khon Kaen University announces the criteria for selecting and delivering archival resources as a principle of rules and standard.
