การพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรห้องสมุดสู่บทบาท Knowledge Connector ผ่านสื่อวิทยุชุมชนในยุคดิจิทัล

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะศตวรรษที่ 21 ของบุคลากรห้องสมุดสู่บทบาท Knowledge Connector และเพิ่มช่องทางการเผยแพร่ความรู้ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณผ่านการวิเคราะห์ช่องว่าง (Gap Analysis) และกรอบทักษะ 3R8C, กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ บุคลากรผู้จัดรายการวิทยุ 3 คน และสำรวจความต้องการจากผู้ฟัง 35 คน, ผลการศึกษา พบว่า สามารถผลิตรายการ KKUL Radio รวม 117 ตอน แบ่งเป็น 4 หมวดหมู่ Academic Skills, Life Skills, 21st Century Skills และ GMS Wisdom ในจำนวนนั้น ทักษะ 21st Century มีปริมาณน้อยที่สุด มีการนำ Generative AI มาใช้ช่วยลดเวลาผลิตจาก 2-3 วัน เหลือเพียง 1 วัน ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะ พบว่า ทักษะด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์มีความต้องการมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.66) แต่ได้รับการพัฒนาเพียง 1 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.33, ในขณะที่ทักษะด้าน AI และการใช้เสียงได้รับการพัฒนาครบทั้ง 3 คน (ร้อยละ 100) นอกจากนี้ ยังสามารถเพิ่มช่องทางการเข้าถึงความรู้สู่ชุมชนผ่านความถี่ FM 103 MHz และคลังข้อมูลออนไลน์ ซึ่งตอบสนองความต้องการผู้ฟังในด้านความรู้ทั่วไป (ร้อยละ 75.40) และการพัฒนาตนเอง (ร้อยละ 52.20) และสุขภาพกับจิตวิทยา (ร้อยละ 43.5)
