School administration through Six Core Competencies of Competence - Based Education

School administration is the management of a school by education personnel with the goal of growing the school into an institution capable of developing pupils to become decent citizens of the country. As a result, school administration is accomplished through the teaching of a curriculum based on six core competencies, which is the curriculum that the Ministry of Education focuses on for schools across the country to apply this approach to student development for children to have a fulfilling life, be able to manage themselves, have analytical thinking and able to coexist with society. Applying this Curriculum to school administration is therefore a guideline for school administration following the Ministry of Education's aims and the principles of school administration that must educate students to be excellent quality members of society and grow up to be good adults.
