ETHICS WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF POLICE OFFICERS.

Abstract

The objectives of this artiste were to study ethics with the performance of police officers. The study found that; the history of the occurrence of the police for the purpose of increasing peace and protecting the property of the people with the mission of maintaining the law and overseeing the safety of the people and preventing various misfortunes. That will happen in every case. Including interference and crack down on all kinds of crimes, making the performance of duties related to wrong-right to rely on judgment. Therefore, it is necessary to have ethical criteria as a guideline, namely; 1) Utilitarianism that focuses primarily on the benefits of the masses. 2) The popular concept that focuses on the rules of society or the laws that are enacted as important principles. 3) Existentialism emphasis on freedom to choose to do good deeds that do not break the rules. Customs and traditions of society and 4) the concept of Buddhist ethics will focus on the intention to do the most important thing. If the intent is good, then the consequences will be good as well.
