Abstract

This article aims to study and analyze the application of Thotsaphitharatchatham, a set of 10 ethical principles for a monarch, which are considered the heart of leadership and governance for a peaceful kingdom. The study focuses on how these principles can be integrated into educational administration in the 21st century, an era of rapid technological, social, and economic change. By applying Thotsaphitharatchatham to educational management, this article seeks to develop school leaders who possess integrity, ethics, and vision. The concepts and theories presented are intended to serve as a foundation for understanding the application of these principles in 21st-century educational administration. Furthermore, the article provides concrete, practical guidelines to assist administrators and stakeholders in elevating the quality of education in the country, fostering a more effective and sustainable system.
