A STUDY ON CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS BASED ON TEACHERS' OPINIONS IN THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE, CHAIYAPHUM

Abstract

This research article aims (1) to study the creative leadership of administrators according to the opinions of teachers, and (2) to compare the creative leadership of administrators according to the opinions of teachers classified by educational qualifications, teaching experience, and school size. The research design is quantitative, The research area is under the Chaiyaphum Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group consists of 310 teachers in schools under the Chaiyaphum Secondary Educational Service Area Office, selected using a multi-stage random sampling method based on school size. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using percentage, mean, and standard deviation statistics. Educational qualifications were compared using the t-test for Independent samples, experience and school size were compared using the F-test, and pairwise differences were tested using Scheffé's Method. The research findings are as follows:

           1) The creative leadership of school administrators, according to the opinions of teachers under the Chaiyaphum Secondary Educational Service Area Office, is generally at a high level.

           2) A comparison of the creative leadership of administrators according to teachers' opinions, classified by educational qualifications, teachers' work experience, and the size of the educational institution, both overall and by aspect, showed no differences.

           The knowledge gained from this research is that leadership is a factor that impacts employees, organizations, and various environments. Leadership is a crucial element that affects success or failure and is a quality that administrators should possess. They must know how to create a good working atmosphere with others and promote satisfaction among members within the organization, encouraging cooperation and collaboration to achieve the organization's goals. The benefit gained is that school administrators can use the research data to plan for the development of creative leadership among school administrators effectively.
