The Factors Influencing Educational Effectiveness Result of Special Education Center Under Office of the Basic Education Commission.

Abstract

This research seeks to: (1) study the factors impacting educational management (2) evaluate the efficacy of educational management (3) investigate the correlation between factors influencing educational management and (4) identify elements that facilitate the success of educational administration The research data were collected from a purposive sample of 10 administrators and 216 teachers from various special education centers. The research instruments comprised questionnaires that addressed factors affecting educational management in these special education centers, with an overall reliability score of 0.97. Additionally, questionnaires focused on the effectiveness of educational management, which achieved an overall reliability score of 0.96. The assessment utilized a five-level rating scale. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as hypothesis testing using Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. Results

1) Overall, factors influencing educational management were found to be at a high level. When considering each specific aspect, all were rated at a high level. The highest mean was observed for the administrative factor, followed by the student-related factor and the environmental factor, respectively.

          2) Educational management's overall effectiveness is high. When examined by specific aspects, each component showed a high level of effectiveness, with the highest mean reported for the budgeting aspect, followed by personnel management and general administration, in descending order.

          3) The interrelationships among factors influencing educational management were found to be moderately positive. Correlation coefficients ranged from 0.33 to 0.41, indicating statistically significant associations at the 0.01 level.

          4) The primary factors influencing educational management were identified as teachers, students, and administrators factors, with standardized regression coefficients (β) of 0.25, 0.20, and 0.17, respectively. Each of these factors was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. Collectively, these factors accounted for approximately 24% of the variance in the effectiveness of educational management.
