แบบจำลองระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารห่วงโซ่อุปทานสำหรับข้อตกลง Project Deal เพื่อเผยเเพร่วารสารการเข้าถึงแบบเปิดมีความสำคัญสำหรับการสนับสนุนผู้เขียนที่ต้องการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยในวารสารการเข้าถึงแบบเปิด ผู้เขียนได้ค้นพบบทความที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยอิงจากผลการทบทวนวรรณกรรม รูปแบบระบบสารสนเทศการบริหารห่วงโซ่อุปทานสำหรับข้อตกลง Project Deal เพื่อเผยเเพร่วารสารการเข้าถึงแบบเปิด มี 8 ข้อ ของ Deal ได้แก่ ผู้ส่งมอบ ผู้ให้บริการ ผู้ผลิต ผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป การกระจาย ลูกค้า ความพอใจ และการคืนกลับ กิจกรรมทั้งหมดเริ่มจากการสร้างข้อมูลข่าวสารและทรัพยากรมาประยุกต์รวมเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อทำการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าจากผู้ส่งมอบไปยังลูกค้าทำให้เกิดการไหลของข้อมูลของห้องสมุด มหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันการวิจัย เพื่อสร้างข้อตกลงสัญญาอนุญาตใหม่ทั่วทั้งประเทศระหว่างห้องสมุด มหาวิทยาลัย และสถาบันวิจัยในประเทศเยอรมนีกับสำนักพิมพ์ขนาดใหญ่ จำนวน 3 แห่ง คือ Elsevier, Springer Nature และ Wiley เพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญในการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาและราคาของวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่วางไว้และสนับสนุนการทำงานของวารสารเปิดได้
