Development of Online Learning in STOU Modular for Promoting Information Literacy Skills

Abstract
The Office of Documentation and Information, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University developed the STOU Modular online learning “information literacy”. The purpose of this project is to develop STOU library online lessons in the STOU Modular and promote information literacy skills for graduate students and the public. Develop lessons according to the process of designing and developing a learning management system including planning, designing, developing media, setting learning conditions and organizing learning and evaluation. Performance results between April to October 2023 found that out of 172 students who took the post-test, they scored more than 70 percent, 94 people, accounting for 54.65 percent, and had the highest level of satisfaction with online lessons ( =4.58)
