An Analysis of the Results of Waste Exchange Activities to Increase the Efficiency of the Organization's Waste Reduction

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to provide personnel of the Khunying Long Athakravisunthorn Learning Resources Center help to properly sort waste to reduce the amount of waste and make the best use of resources. The researcher used survey in Google form. The results showed that personnel activities 88.1 percent satisfied, organizing activities at a very good level and 11.9 percent of personnel were satisfied with the form of activities at a good level. Regarding the duration of personnel activities, 57.1 percent were satisfied with the duration of activities at a very good level, 42.9 percent of personnel were satisfied with the duration of the activities at a good level. For the benefits received from activities 92.9 percent of personnel were satisfied with the benefits received from the activities at a very good level and 7.1 percent were satisfied with the benefits received from the activities at a good level. The implementation of the waste to merit project has increased the amount of recycled waste by an average of 7.8 kilograms per month, 0.8 percent.
