How to Make the Digital Library? The Conceptualization of the PSU eLibrary

Abstract
This study aims to conceptualize the idea of the digital library and propose a framework for building the digital library. The research methodology employs library design thinking in combination with Agile concepts and Scrum methodologies to implement the development of the PSU eLibrary digital library model. The study’s findings present a conceptual model for creating digital libraries and strategic principles for integrating infrastructure in technology, personnel, and service creation. By defining the digital library format, the PSU eLibrary has three dimensions: digital preservation, digital service, and rights management. In addition, by implementing such concepts and processes, Prototype digital libraries can be delivered to trial within a short time frame. To provide guidelines and directions to academic libraries attempting to remain digital libraries.
