Abstract

This study aimed to explore, analyze issues, design a training program, and evaluate its quality. The evaluation was conducted by experts assessing the training program across five dimensions: 1) Feasibility, 2) Appropriateness, 3) Accuracy, 4) Comprehensiveness, and 5) Usefulness. The findings revealed that, in terms of Feasibility, the average score was 4.53, indicating the highest level; Appropriateness had an average score of 4.47, indicating a high level; Accuracy received an average score of 4.80, indicating the highest level; Comprehensiveness had an average score of 4.33, indicating a high level; and Usefulness received an average score of 4.73, indicating the highest level. In conclusion, the training program was found to be effective and suitable for enhancing the presentation skills of Mahidol University staff. Its strengths include the integration of both online and offline learning methods, an emphasis on practical training, the application of modern technology, and clear evaluation of practical skills. Additionally, this training model offers a valuable framework for other institutions or organizations to implement.
