Publication Policy - Objectives and Scope
Journal of Education and Development Reviews (JEDR) The objective is to publish research articles, academic articles, review articles, book reviews in the following areas:

- Educational management
- Educational administration
- Learning management
- Educational development/Learning management
- Including other educational and learning management areas

Articles that are considered for publication must be reviewed by at least 2 to 3 qualified persons (Peer Review) in the form of Double-Blind Peer Review. Consideration is given to publishing articles in both Thai and English. The views and opinions that appear in articles in the Interdisciplinary Research and Academic Journal are the responsibility of the authors of the articles and are not considered the views of the editorial team. No copyright is reserved for copying, but references must be provided.

Types of articles considered for publication
1. Research Articles are reports of study results, research, research, or systematic development.
2. Academic Articles are interesting writings that the author presents as new knowledge using concepts, theories, and related research as sources of information.
3. Review Articles are articles that combine concepts, theories, and research results from many sources, which the author will synthesize the literature to summarize as a conclusion or argument on a topic, which is a review of the academic progress of that topic.

Criteria for article consideration and selection
Each article will be considered by a peer review committee of 2 to 3 people who are experts in related fields and are approved by the editorial board before publication. The article consideration will be in a format where the reviewers do not know the information of the author, such as the name or work history, and the author does not know the name of the reviewer. (Double-Blind Peer Review)

Articles submitted for publication in the journal must not have been previously published or are under consideration by qualified persons for publication in other journals. Authors must comply with the journal's article submission criteria and must follow the specified format.

The views and opinions of the authors of the articles are the responsibility of the authors of the articles and are not the responsibility of the editorial board.

History of the Journal
Journal of Education and Development Reviews (JEDR) ISSN ........ (Online) was established in 2025 by the Institute for the Promotion of Professional and Researcher Development for Local Development, Thailand. It is published 6 issues per year (2 months per issue).
     • Journal of Education and Development Reviews (JEDR) began to develop in 2025 by publishing in hard copy format, published 2 issues per year: the inaugural issue 1 (January-February 2025) and the inaugural issue 2 (March-April 2025), but it is not imported into the ThaiJo system.

Plagiarism Policy
Journal of Education and Development Reviews (JEDR) is part of the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI) database, which has a CopyCatch system for detecting plagiarism. All manuscripts submitted for publication will be checked for plagiarism within 24 hours. If plagiarism is identified by the editorial board, editors, reviewers, etc. at any stage of the article before or after the review process by reviewers, in that case, we will notify the authors to request them to revise the content of the article or references from the plagiarism. If more than 15% of the content is plagiarized, the article may be suggested for rewriting or rejection, and the authors will be notified immediately.

Article Evaluation Policy
All research articles and articles published in the Journal of Education and Development Reviews (JEDR) will be screened by a panel of experts with relevant expertise. The screening process will be double-blind, with at least two out of three experts evaluating the article. The selection of experts is important for the publication process, which will take into account many factors, including expertise, reputation, specific recommendations, conflicts of interest, and past work, speed, thoroughness, reasonable judgment, and friendliness. The evaluation process should not involve direct contact between the authors and the reviewers, with the editor acting as the mediator of communication.

Peer Review Process
The process for reviewing articles for publication in the Journal of Education and Development Reviews (JEDR) consists of five steps:

1. Preliminary Review by the Editorial Board (1 week):
Submitted articles will be reviewed by the Editorial Board for completeness, as follows:
• Layout
• Language
• Plagiarism (not exceeding 15 percent)
• Sufficiency and reliability of reference sources
• Reference writing format
• Duplicity
If the article does not conform to the format specified by the journal or has a higher rate of duplication than specified by the journal, the editorial board will not accept the article into the review process, which will inform the authors.

2. Evaluation of correctness and appropriateness by qualified persons (1-2 weeks):
For articles that have passed the first step of review, the editorial board will consider selecting at least 2 to 3 qualified persons to review the article in a double-blind format before proceeding to approach and send the article to qualified persons. The evaluation levels from qualified persons will consist of:
2.1 Acceptable for publication (Accept)
2.2 Acceptable for publication with minor revision (Accept with minor revision)
2.3 Acceptable for publication with major revision (Accept with major revision)
2.4 Not suitable for publication (Reject)

3. Evaluation results from qualified persons      (1 week):
When the editorial board receives the complete evaluation results from qualified persons, it will consider and summarize the results again. Articles to be published must be Accepted or Accepted with minor revision. Articles that are Accepted with major revision will be considered by the editor. Articles that are Rejected will not be approved for publication in the Journal of Education and Development Reviews (JEDR).

4. Revision (1-3 weeks):
For articles that are approved for publication, the editorial board will notify the author to revise them according to the recommendations of the experts and additional comments from the editorial board (if any). The author must revise them completely, explain the revisions, and send the revised article and the document explaining the revisions back to the editorial board within the specified time.

5. Review of the revised article (1 week):
Once the editorial board receives the revised article, it will review the correctness again. If the article is completely revised, it will be certified for publication and will enter the artwork process.
