This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital efficiency on firm value of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, specifically those included in the SET100 index. The study utilizes secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial statements (Annual Reports) covering the period from 2023 to 2024. Intellectual capital is measured using the Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) model, which consists of human capital, structural capital, and capital employed. The data are analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results reveal that overall intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on firm value. In particular, human capital and structural capital exhibit a strong and significant influence. These findings indicate that firms capable of effectively managing knowledge, employee skills, and organizational support systems can enhance their competitiveness and create greater firm value. The findings are consistent with the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, which suggests that valuable, rare, and difficult-to-imitate resources lead to sustainable competitive advantage. This study confirms the importance of investing in intellectual capital as a key mechanism for enhancing firm value among Thai listed companies.
