Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the current state of logistics and supply chain management of silk weaving community enterprises in Ban Khwao District, Chaiyaphum Province, 2) examine the relationship between logistics and supply chain management based on SCOR Model and operational performance, and 3) investigate the relationship between logistics and supply chain management based on SCOR Model and sustainability. The population was members of silk weaving community enterprises in Ban Khwao District, Chaiyaphum Province. The sample size of 165 respondents was selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with IOC values between 0.67-1.00 and reliability coefficient of 0.93. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis. The results revealed that the overall logistics and supply chain management was at a high level (x̄ = 3.75), with sourcing having the highest mean (x̄ = 3.92), followed by planning (x̄ = 3.85). All SCOR Model components showed high positive correlations with operational performance, with sourcing having the highest correlation (r = 0.725, p < .05). Similarly, all components showed high positive correlations with sustainability, with delivery having the highest correlation (r = 0.755, p < .05). The research findings can be applied to develop logistics and supply chain management strategies suitable for different sizes of community enterprises, focusing on developing quality raw material sourcing systems to enhance operational efficiency and delivering value-added products for community sustainability.
