Abstract

The organizational environment changed rapidly because the new information and technology systems increased. The journal studied the connection between resources, learning organization, and innovation to explain the model of creating organizational innovation. It summarized that the leaders or administrators must support the resources adequatefor the personnel in creating the innovation and the cooperation of personnel, the internal and external organizations with focusing on responding to the demand of people. The organization must manage the human resource suitable to the guidelines for the operation of the organization with the process of recruitment, specifying the knowledge, capacity, skills, and competencies of the personnel clearly, have the working evaluation of the personnel focusing on the process more than the evaluation, and apply the ways for rewarding in each situation to support learning and exchanging the knowledgefor the personnel in lifelong learning.
