Abstract
Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University is an autonomous educational institution. Has the dignity and right to provide education and receive a budget from the state as allocated by the state. However, the organizational management structure was determined by the Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Act, 1997, which expanded the area to provide educational services throughout the country, including campuses, monastic colleges, academic service units, classrooms both inside and outside the country. However, the administration building project, even though it is stipulated by the Act, can manage a variety of regional institutions depending on the department. To the cooperation of both the management team and the personnel team in that department, which can have teamwork guidelines, including 1) creating a team-based work culture that can be attached to the organization's policy 2) focusing on development Talented personnel in the organization 3) Determine main and secondary policies for work that can coordinate work in all dimensions. 4) Building trust and trust to reduce conflicts as much as possible. and 5) creating a clear working framework both within the team and outside the organization.
