ธรรมาภิบาลในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างไทย: แนวทางสู่ความยั่งยืน

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างปัญหาต่างๆ ที่อุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างไทยกำลังเผชิญอยู่ อุตสาหกรรมนี้กำลังเจอกับปัญหาธรรมาภิบาลที่อ่อนแอมานาน ทำให้เกิดการทุจริต ขาดความโปร่งใส และการบังคับใช้กฎหมายไม่เป็นผล เพื่อให้อุตสาหกรรมนี้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน เราจึงควรนำหลักการ ESG มาปรับใช้ให้เข้ากับบริบทของประเทศไทย โดยระบุหัวข้อหลักในบทความ ได้แก่ ธรรมาภิบาลและ ESG ในบริบทไทย ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในทางปฏิบัติ เครื่องมือและแนวทางทางปฏิบัติที่สนับสนุนธรรมาภิบาล การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย และกรณีศึกษาแนวทางที่ยั่งยืน องค์ความรู้จากบทความนี้จะช่วยสร้างแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อพัฒนาระบบธรรมาภิบาลในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างของไทย ทั้งสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ หน่วยงานกำกับดูแล และนักวิชาการ เป้าหมายคือการสร้างอุตสาหกรรมที่โปร่งใสและมีความรับผิดชอบ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่ความยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
